In compliance with JCAHO standards, you are hereby notified that when an individual has any concerns about patient care and safety within RTG Medical, that RTG Medical has not addressed, he or she is encouraged to contact RTG Medical Management or the Joint Commission. Further, no disciplinary action will be taken because an employee reports safety or quality of care concerns to the Joint Commission.
