RTG Medical is a veteran owned medical staffing agency focused on contracting travel and permanent healthcare professionals. We began operations in 2000 as ReadyTech- Go, originally headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska. The company later moved its corporate office 25 miles northwest to Fremont, Nebraska. Today, we recruit and place professionals in Nursing, Radiology, Therapy, Pharmacy and Laboratory in all 50 states. Our objective is to assist medical facilities in meeting their staffing needs with qualified, competent individuals at a fair market cost. We consider it equally important to satisfy all compliance and quality assurance demands of our clients and to stay current on state licensing requirements. RTG is Joint Commission certified and remains dedicated to operating at the highest standard.

Flexible Term Staffing:

With an industry that continues to change, we understand our clients need to avoid staffing overages and respect their desire for flexible contract lengths. Our staffing plan allows you to effectively manage your staffing numbers by utilizing contracted employees on a schedule that best suits your need:

  • Extended Contracting - Contracts covering 13, 26 and up to 52 weeks
  • Short Term Relief - Contracts covering 4-8 weeks (FMLA or orientation coverage)
  • Per Diem / Casual - Contracts based on day-to-day relief
  • Seasonal - Contracts covering specific times of the year (Winter or Summer)

Compensation

  • Weekly Pay – Whether your preference is direct deposit or a mailed check, RTG ensures you are paid correctly and on time! We also provide you the opportunity to view your pay stubs at your leisure through our on-line service.
  • Premium Pay Packages – Our staffing specialists work with you hand-in-hand to create a pay package that works best for you. By means of RTG’s premium pay, allowances and bonuses, RTG is dedicated to paying generously for your hard work and dedication.
  • Per Diem Allowances – Through our on-line resources and Tax Advantage options, RTG works to maximize your tax deferred income in a manner that is both safe and profitable.
  • Paid Private Housing or Stipend – We offer FREE, fully furnished, private housing located in an area that is both safe and convenient to your assignment, and pets are welcome! If your housing is already addressed, RTG will instead provide you with a weekly stipend that is adequate for your geographic area.
  • Airfare or Travel Allowances – Whether it be round-trip airfare or mileage assistance, let RTG facilitate on getting you from point A to point B. Our staffing specialists will work with you to formulate a travel plan that is both convenient and cost efficient.
  • Rental Car – If transportation while on assignment is a concern, RTG is able to provide you with daily car rental.
